1. Advance Payment
All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. Without advance payment, reservations are not valid or guaranteed.

2. Cancellation by Guest

  • 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund of the advance payment (bank or payment charges may be deducted).

  • 3 to 6 days before check-in: 50% refund of the advance payment.

  • Less than 3 days before check-in or No-Show: No refund will be provided.

3. Cancellation by The Novson
In rare cases such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable situations, The Novson reserves the right to cancel bookings. Guests will receive a 100% refund of the advance payment in such cases.

4. Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or payment gateway.

5. Modifications to Booking
Requests to change booking dates, room type, or guest numbers are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply based on the new dates, room category, or seasonal pricing. Modified bookings will follow updated rates and availability.
