  The Novson is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must provide valid government ID proof at check-in.

• Guests are responsible for their safety, personal belongings, and documents during their stay.

• Any damage caused to hotel property by the guest will be charged accordingly.

• Guests must follow hotel rules regarding conduct, noise, and hygiene.

5. Liability
The Novson is not liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

• Accidents, injuries, or health issues during the stay

• Losses caused by natural disasters, emergencies, or other unavoidable conditions
  Guests are advised to carry personal or travel insurance; this is not included with the booking.

6. Reviews, Comments & User Content

• Reviews, photos, or comments shared on our website or social media may be used for marketing purposes.

• We reserve the right to edit, moderate, or remove inappropriate or offensive content.
